EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Before requesting for any form of exchange or returns, kindly ensure that your item doesn't fall under the list of Non-Exchange and Non-Returnable products:

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • How many days after the receiving my order can I request for an exchange?

- Not all orders can be exchanged. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

- The official receipt showing the purchase of the order must be valid.

- Any request for exchange must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order (day #1 being the day of receiving the order). Any request for exchange after that will be invalid.

- Please ensure that the item is still in good condition, the original packaging is intact and not tempered before sending us a request for exchange.
 

  • If my request for an exchange has been approved, how do I send the item back to you?

- Upon an email approval from us, please mail the item back in it's original form within 3 days from the date of the email approval. 

- Please note that any postage charges arising from sending back the item will be borne by the Customer.
- Please ensure that the item sent back is in good condition and has its original packaging intact and not damaged. We will not be able to proceed on with the exchange if the item has been damaged when it reaches us.

  • When will I receive my new exchanged item?

- Please allow us 5 - 9 working days from the date the item was sent back to us to send you your order!

*Please Note: If the Exchange Team receives any item that is non-exchangeable, we will send the item back to the original shipping address without any exchange.

- Upon an email approval from us, please mail the item back in it's original form within 3 days from the date of the email approval. 

- Please note that any postage charges arising from sending back the item will be borne by the Customer.
- Please ensure that the item sent back is still in good condition and has its packaging 100% intact and not damaged. We will not be able to proceed on with the return if the item has been damaged when it reaches us.

  • When will I receive my refund?

- All refunds will be done by bank transfer only

- Please allow us 5 - 9 working days from the date we received the item to return the amount back to your account.

*Please Note: If the Returns Team receives any item that is non-returnable, we will send the item back to the original shipping address without any returns.
